Shipping policy
DELIVERY:
Your EFEK orders will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1-2 working days (*) from Milano, Italy. Solid gold and special orders ship from Turkey or Italy, unless otherwise noted.
Duties and taxes may apply to imported items. Please contact your local department of trade, or use an online calculator to assess the rate before purchase. Our staff cannot calculate duties to your destination on your behalf.
All National and International orders receive full tracking information, please leave your phone number and e-mail at check out.
We ship with our partners at Italian Post, DHL or FEDEX to ensure your order will arrive quickly, safely and smoothly. If you experience any issues, please send us an e-mail (hello@efekstudio.com).
You can choose to have your order with EFEK box and add an EFEK pouch (we suggest this option for your gifts) otherwise your order will be send only with a pouch or box.
* We do not ship on sundays or Italian National public holidays.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES:
Shipments to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on your location. We are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders to other destination countries, and these will be your responsibility. Please find out this information before your order, because we cannot return orders based on unexpected taxations from your country. MADE TO ORDER & SOLID GOLD JEWELRY:
For pieces that are made-to-order, please allow allow 2-3 weeks before your order can be shipped.
Our gold jewelry is custom made just for you. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for us to make and ship your jewelry. If you need something quicker than this, please email us directly at hello@efekstudio.com so we can provide expedition information.
Gold orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
The price of gold fluctuates daily. Our prices are based on the current value of gold.
